- 1 Himalayan Salt Slab
- 300g Angka Prawns, peeled & deveined
- 1 Tsp oil
- 1 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1Tsp Cayenne pepper powder
- Place salt block on grill. Heat the salt block for 20 minutes at 250°C in oven.
- Meanwhile, mix the shrimp with a light drizzle of oil and garlic and cayenne pepper to taste.
- Cook prawns directly on the hot salt block for 2 minutes each side until opaque.
- Serve immediately
